The prominent gaming entity, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, has declared that Anne Tucker will assume the position of Corporate Secretary, succeeding Christie Cho, who has vacated the role.
Tucker became a part of Aristocrat in October 2021, holding the title of Deputy General Counsel within the Group Legal division. Her latest appointment is contingent upon obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations. In her capacity as Corporate Secretary, Tucker will also be entrusted with liaising with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) regarding matters pertaining to ASX Listing Rules.
“The Board expresses gratitude to Ms. Cho for her contributions to the company and extends congratulations to Ms. Tucker on her new appointment,” Aristocrat conveyed in an official communication.
This announcement follows the recent designation of Matthew Primmer as Chief Product Officer the previous week. Primmer possesses over two decades of expertise within the gaming sector, including nearly a decade at Aristocrat. He will be directly accountable to Trevor Croker, who holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Aristocrat.
As January drew to a close, Aristocrat celebrated a successful foray into the Quebec video lottery terminal (VLT) gaming market, with projections indicating that hardware and game sales will commence in the early summer of 2024.
