Elite Gaming Corporation, a prominent player in the gaming sector, has designated Anne Tucker as its latest Corporate Secretary. Tucker, who became a part of Elite Gaming in October 2021 as Assistant General Counsel within the Group Legal team, will assume the position from Christie Joe, subject to regulatory green lights. In her updated capacity, Tucker will also oversee interactions with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) concerning listing rule topics.
The organization conveyed appreciation to Joe for her efforts and extended congratulations to Tucker on her new position.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of Matthew Primmer’s elevation to Chief Product Officer the previous week. Primmer, a seasoned professional with over twenty years of expertise in the gaming industry, has been associated with Elite Gaming for almost a decade. He will report directly to Trevor Croker, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Elite Gaming.
On a separate note, Elite Gaming recently ventured successfully into the Quebec video lottery terminal (VLT) gaming market. The deployment of equipment and games is projected to begin in early summer 2024.
The firm experienced a remarkable 2023! Income, earnings, and EBITDA all showed positive movement. Their goal is to maintain this energy and strive for an even more substantial and improved 2024.
