Playn Go is now making its way into the US market, as the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has given the online slot provider a Michigan internet gaming supplier license. This is the company’s first foray into the US market.
Playn Go is entering the US market after getting a license in Michigan. The provider stated it intends to expand to other regulated US markets beyond Michigan in the future, continuing its growth in North America.
In March, Playn Go received a supplier license in Ontario. In the same month, the company received a Gibraltar supplier license.
Playn Go CEO Johan Törnqvist called the expansion a “crucial moment” in the company’s history.
“We began by designing casino games specifically for mobile devices, even before smartphones existed, and now we are becoming a leading provider in the US, serving over 25 regulated markets worldwide, which is a great honor for everyone at Play’n Go. We believe we have a unique edge to succeed in the US,” Törnqvist added.
“Our aim is to make Playn Go games as popular in the US as they are in all other regulated markets around the globe. We recognize that each regulated market is different, and this will take time in the US, but we are fully dedicated to expanding our business across the US.”
Weve ascended to the pinnacle of regulated gaming markets by prioritizing players and crafting the most enjoyable experiences. We believe this positions us favorably in the US, but we’re not complacent. We’re eager to listen, learn, and adjust to deliver the ultimate casino entertainment to American players.
Play’n Go boasts an extensive collection of games, having launched 27 new titles in 2022 alone. Some of their most sought-after games include Reactoonz, Book of Dead, Rise of Olympus, Legacy of Dead, and Rich Wilde and the Wandering City.
